We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days*. Before posting the order, we will inspect every product and carefully pack it to ensure your order arrives in mint condition.

Customer is responsible for supplying valid and correct shipping address. My Beauty Shop will not check delivery address and postcode. If package is lost or delayed due to wrong delivery details, My Beauty Shop will not refund or compensate for the loss in any way.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery services to our customers. Shipping price depends on the weight of the final order:

  • Free Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48:
    • Applicable for orders over £80. Not applicable for professionals.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48:
    • Up to 2kg: £6.99
    • 2kg – 10kg: £8.69
    • 10kg – 20kg: £12.49
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24:
    • Up to 2kg: £7.39
    • 2kg – 10kg: £9.19
    • 10kg – 20kg: £15.49

Royal Mail Tracked 48 expected to deliver within 2-3 Days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 expected to deliver within 1-2 Days.

All delivery services are subject to overrides due to events out of our control. Delivery time does not include dispatch time.

Some bigger orders may require a signature upon arrival, but we will inform you beforehand. Also, we might send larger orders via a courier service with different lead times.

We keep the right to change the courier or service without a notice, as long as delivery terms are met.


Package sent with any courier can be considered as lost if it does not arrive within two weeks after being dispatched.

In the case when package was lost in transit by the couriers, we will replace contents of the package or issue a full refund. Replacement or refund will be issued only if ALL of the below are met:

  1. Tracking information hasn’t changed for more than 10 business days;
  2. Courier is  unable to locate the package and marks it as lost.

In cases when courier tracking system indicates that package was delivered, but it was not received by the customer, please contact us as soon possible.

Replacement/Refund process for lost packages

After receiving customer enquiry about the lost package and checking if criteria is met, My Beauty Shop will make enquiry to the courier and wait for the conclusion (up to 30 days). If courier will declare that the package was lost – My Beauty Shop will dispatch replacement or issue a full refund within the next 48 hours. Therefore by purchasing from My Beauty Shop, client agrees to wait for conclusion from our courier before items will be replaced or refunds issued.
